This English version is a translation; the Turkish text is binding.

1. The service

CyberArt.Space is a virtual 3D exhibition service walked in the browser, provided by Cengiz Tolga at https://cyberart.space. By using the site you accept these terms. Your personal data is processed as set out in the Privacy Notice.

2. Accounts and guest links

Accounts are opened by the administration; keep your sign-in details secret, you are responsible for what is done with your account. Public links shared by the administration let people in as “guests” without an account; access ends when a link expires or is revoked.

3. Rules

Your name in the gallery, your letters, guestbook entries and reactions are visible to others. Not allowed:

  • unlawful content, or content that insults, threatens or harasses, or violates personality rights;
  • sharing others’ personal data without permission, impersonating someone;
  • advertising, spam or harmful links;
  • overloading the system, trying to get round its security or scraping it with automated tools.

The administration may remove content that breaks these rules, take people out of a gallery, mute them or close an account.

4. Artworks and intellectual property

All rights in the works on show belong to their authors (the artists) and are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. Copying, adapting, selling or using them commercially without permission is not allowed.

You may keep and share the pictures you take in photo mode for personal, non-commercial purposes; please name the exhibition and the artist. This permission grants no other right in the works.

The site’s software, design and brand belong to Cengiz Tolga.

5. Works uploaded by artists

An artist who uploads a work declares holding all rights needed for it and that it infringes no one else’s rights, and grants CyberArt.Space a free, non-exclusive permission to exhibit it and show it in the gallery and on its promotional pages. The permission ends when the work is taken off view.

6. Notice and takedown

As a hosting provider under Law No. 5651, CyberArt.Space is not obliged to check content uploaded by users and artists in advance. If you believe your copyright or another right is infringed, send a notice describing where the work is shown and your right, through the request form (https://cyberart.space/legal/request) or to tet.skynet@gmail.com. Content found unlawful is taken down within a reasonable time after we learn of it.

7. Liability

The service is in closed beta and provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, Cengiz Tolga is not liable for indirect damage.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the current text is always on this page. Turkish law applies; consumers’ statutory rights and the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are reserved.
